About Us

Brian and I were married on May 19th, 2007. Shortly thereafter, we moved to Nevada, MO to begin our life together. Brian works for 3M as an Advanced Product Engineer and I am blessed to be a stay at home mom. Our little boy Gentry was born on January 26, 2011. He is the most beautiful, perfect little boy and we are so lucky he is ours. We have a boxer named Lucy who we treat like our child as well. She is still a little jealous of Gentry but we know one day they will be buddies.

Last week...

Getting a ride from daddy.
In his hat he got trick-or-treating.
Cute, cute, cute!
"Wow, pockets!"
Giving his cow and pig a ride.
"Hi, mama!"
Silly kid.
Hiding behind his "Tickle Monster" gloves.
Chasing mommy.
Checking out the neighborhood.
Texting his girlfriend?
Taking daddy for a ride again.
Gentry's newest trick...using his stick horse to turn on the lights.
He got one on, working on the second one.
"Did you see that, mom?"
"She's cute...I think I want to hold her hand."
"Got it!"
Gentry and his friend, Halle.
Playing with Halle.
"Look at me, mama!"
Playing on daddy's phone.
Opening his 2012 Hallmark ornament.
"Wow, The Cat in the Hat!"
Putting his ornament on our "fun tree." (We have a big tree in our living room (that we haven't put up yet) with coordinated ornaments and a "fun tree" in the game room with all of our ornaments from when we were kids, as well as Brian's K-State and Delta Chi ornaments.)
Gentry by our "fun tree."

Halloween/Trick or Treating

Just a few photos of Gentry trick-or-treating at Great Grandma Sandon's and Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Russell's houses and a few from Halloween day in Nevada.

Collin Klein tricking-or-treating at Great Grandma Sandon's house.
He's either in the "down, set, hut" position...or he's pooping. I'd probably guess the latter.
Eating some animal crackers.
Trick-or-treating at Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Russell's house.
"Look what I got, mom!"
High fiving great grandpa.
Ready to trunk-or-treat in Nevada.
Headed down the street with daddy.
Trick-or-treat! (He was so good at saying "trick-or-treat" and then "thank you.")
K-State is #1!
Checking out the fire truck.
Sad that is was time to head home.
At Nathan's house.
