Last weekend we went to Independence for the annual Neewollah celebration! On Friday, Gentry got to participate in the kiddie parade. He was the cutest sock monkey ever! After the kiddie parade we went down to Coffeyville to see Great Grandma Betty. She gave Gentry an adorable "trick or treat" bag that he'll get to use next year and a new book. We LOVE new books! On Saturday, we headed downtown for the "big" parade. Gentry did great...only getting scared a couple of times when some "hot rods" revved their engines and peeled out. We then took in some of the sights of Neewollah before heading back to the house to nap. On Sunday afternoon we drove down to Coffeyville again, this time to see Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Russell and Great Uncle Glen who is visiting from Panama. Gentry showed off his costume once more and got a bag of goodies. Mommy and daddy will help him out with his treats this year. :) Enjoy the pictures from our weekend.
